By visiting or using this documentation website (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Installing or using the caustica-design software is also subject to the MIT or
Apache-2.0 license you choose (see below). Those licenses control the code; these Terms
control the Site.

Open-source licenses let you use and change the code under those terms. They do not give you the right to use “Caustica Design” as the main brand of a competing product, or to imply we endorse your product.

The Site does not require an account. We may change, suspend, or stop hosting the Site at any time. We do not promise unbroken uptime.

Names of other companies and products (Apple, IBM, React, and so on) belong to their owners. We mention them only for factual reference.
The Site may link to GitHub, npm, or other sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Their terms and privacy rules apply when you leave our Site.
How we handle information is explained in our Privacy policy and Cookies notice. By using the Site you also acknowledge those pages.
The Site and the software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted access. Use them at your own risk. See also DISCLAIMER.md.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ali Abolwafa and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from the Site or the software — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Site in the last 12 months (usually zero) or (b) USD 50.
If your misuse of the Site or your product built with Caustica Design causes claims against us, you agree to defend and hold us harmless from those claims to the extent allowed by law (except where we caused the harm through willful misconduct).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise. Courts in Egypt have non-exclusive jurisdiction. For a paid commercial agreement with different terms, contact us in writing.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
